Each day starts with 30 minutes of solo movement. This is your chance to slow down, tune into your body, and build more control and awareness.
Devon and Slava will take turns guiding these sessions, each sharing their own style. Some days might focus on detailed movements that help you feel more connected. Other days could include breathwork inspired by freediving, or slow, grounding flows that build inner strength.
By the end of the 12 days, you’ll have a strong personal practice one that helps you understand your body and supports your partner work in a deeper way.
